Sponge Vanilla Cake
A delicious soft cake, easy to make, to share, and to pair with a cup of coffee
Ingredients
- 150 g of sugar.
- 125 g of flour.
- 100 g of butter.
- 100 mL of milk.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/2 a pack of baking powder.
- 1 pack of vanilla sugar.
- 5 mL of vanilla extract.
Prepare
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the butter in small pieces in a small bowl and melt it on very low heat.
- Mix the eggs and the sugar until obtaining a frothy mixture.
- Add the milk and the melted butter gradually to the mixture while incorporating the stirred flour. Add the sugar, the vanilla flavored sugar and the vanilla extract and mix again.
- Pour the mixture into a baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Leave the cake to cool down and then serve it.
