Ingredients
  • 1 egg yolk.
  • 50 cl of milk.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 80 g of sugar.
  • 50 g of chestnut flour.
  • 4 tablespoons of liquid caramel.
Prepare
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, eggs, and sugar until whites.
  3. Add the flour and gradually add the milk while whisking.
  4. Divide the mixture into ramekins.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours. tin.
  7. Top with melted caramel.
  8. Serve !
