Chestnut flan
An original and delicate chestnut flan
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk.
- 50 cl of milk.
- 3 eggs.
- 80 g of sugar.
- 50 g of chestnut flour.
- 4 tablespoons of liquid caramel.
Prepare
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, whisk egg yolks, eggs, and sugar until whites.
- Add the flour and gradually add the milk while whisking.
- Divide the mixture into ramekins.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours. tin.
- Top with melted caramel.
- Serve !
